It's Never By Accident

I want to introduce you to two of the most amazing and inspiring women I have had the honor of knowing. Meredith is on the left. And when she is not in the throws of traveling and recording CD's, has devoted so much of her life to serving children in countries such as India, Dominican Republic, and Haiti.
Her and her husband are an inexplicable joy to be around. Their obvious talent
comes second to their devotion and faithfulness to Christ. Meredith found a special love for one of the children in Haiti McKinsley. I can't wait for the day when we can return to Ouanaminthe together to see her little guy. I know there is more to this story than has been revealed at this point, but I will keep you informed on how that visit goes when it finally happens. You can find out more about Meredith from her website: http://meredithandrews.com/
The other beautiful woman is Carolyn Vetter Twietmeyer. I don't know how to begin to tell her story and do it justice. You may have seen her family on ABC news as a feature story. Carolyn and her husband are two of the most loving and caring people Eric and I have had the opportunity to meet. In addition to their 7 children, they have adopted 4 children from Ethiopia, and are in the final stages of bringing home 2 more children in the very near future. You can read their story and about their ministry at www.projecthopeful.org
Taken directly from her website:
Carolyn's mission in life is to educate, enable, and encourage families to open their minds to the possibility of adoption by exposing the needs of children with HIV and other severe special needs abroad. Her burden for these children has been further fueled by her subsequent adoption of a child in the end stages of AIDS and the realization of the desperation and HOPE for children such as these.
Now I ask myself, how is it that I have been blessed to come to know these amazing women who are on the front lines of some courageous and inspirational movements? It's simple... there is plan bigger than myself in all of this, and I can't wait to be part of it! You too~ So many of the events in our lives we tend to chop up to "chance." What missed opportunities when we don't recognize the unveiling of a plan that has such great purpose involved. Thank you for your continued support.

Today I prayed that God would clearly reveal himself to you in a BIG way, Martha and Carolyn. So be on the lookout, and let me know what he says.
